Green Day Coming To El Paso!

OH LOVE, Green Day in El Paso.

Tricky Falls announced late last night that Green Day will be coming to the Sun City for their first show since the on stage meltdown of lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong in Las Vegas back in September. Green Day's last El Paso concert was all the way back in 2000 for the Vans Warped Tour at Biggs Army Air Field  This is amazing for El Paso! Green Day will also be performing at SXSW on March 15th but they are coming to see us first!

The show will be over at Tricky Falls on March 13th and tickets go on sale THIS Friday at 10 AM. This is an all ages show and tickets are $51. You can purchase your tickets at holdmyticket.com and I would do it as fast as possible. My guess is these tickets will see out even faster than The Killers did. The maximum capacity for Tricky Falls is only 1500 people but it will make the show even better. This concert is going to be more intimate than any where you can catch Green Day this year!

I just saw Every Time I Die and The Used at Tricky Falls last week and I absolutely love this venue! Great atmosphere, great staff, and some fabulous drinks there too. Tricky has been bringing some great bands and they are keeping it coming with The Devil Wears Prada and As I Lay Dying on March 3rd, Cold War Kids on March 9th, The Shins on March 20th, and my LOVE Senses Fail on April 16th.
