Learning self-defense for you and family should be a priority for everyone.  Today, you can learn how to protect yourself and your loved ones ... for FREE!!

A free seminar on krav maga is taking place today at the Polly Harris Senior Center, 650 Wallenberg.  Krav Maga is based on your own, natural defense instincts which makes it easy to learn for people of all ages and fitness levels.

The classes & demos take place from 11a -3p with a special youth program at 2pm. All classes are taught by a certified Krav Maga instructors. A special demo on defending yourself against attackers with weapons, including guns, will be offered at 3:30.  (That one is $20.)  A FREE 40 hour class, worth $400, will also be given away!
