Forgotten Soldiers Motorcycle Run Sunday
Sunday, Forgotten Soldiers MC are holding their first annual benefit run to raise money for Veterans Non - Profit.
Registration takes place Sunday from 11am - 12:30pm at Rudy's bbq, 7970 Gateway East. $10 per rider, $15 per couple. From there, the stops are:
- Mamacitas Restaurant & Bar, 1580 Clint Cut Off Way, Socorro
- Buffalucas, 1613 N. Zaragoza
- Handlebars Bar & Grill, 1731 N. Lee Trevino
According to their website, Veterans Non - Profit's mission is:
to provide services to low-income veterans in the El Paso area with the level of compassion and dignity that all beings are entitled to. Among our services are a food pantry and clothing closet for veterans and their families and a pet food pantry for their service animals and pets. We also have a partnership with two barber schools who provide our veterans with free haircuts and are a participating agency working with Sun Metro to provide our veterans with a free 90-day bus pass and discounted prices.
