Busted! A Florida Army Ranger used a GoPro to prove his innocence and show the domestic violence he suffers due to his estranged wife.

A Florida Army Ranger, only known as Michael, is in the middle of a long and messy divorce with his estranged wife. They are also fighting for custody of his twin two-year-old boys. Michael said he had to start wearing the GoPro to defend his innocence and prove his ex-wife's guilt when she attacks him. Thankfully for him, the GoPro was able to catch one of the instances of an unprovoked attack on him by his estranged wife.

Talking to 10 News, This is what Michael had to say on why he wears a GoPro,

"This is just one of many instances where I've had to use the camera to either prove her guilt or prove my innocence and that's the only reason I am carrying it. A GoPro has such a wide angle scope on it. It catches everything from five feet away from the feet to the head."

Michael tied the GoPro to his belt and wore it for any exchanges of the children with his ex wife. During the most recent custody exchange with his ex, Michael was merely unbuckling one of his son's from his carseat, when you see in the bottom right hand corner of the video his ex forcefully grabbing his genitals.

After, you can hear his ex saying "Call the police. I'm going to tell them that you assaulted me." Michael is now going to be using the video in court to help show his validity and disprove some of the lies being told by his ex.

After the police were called, the Pinellas County Deputies arrested the estranged wife, Corinne Novak ,37, and she is currently in jail.
