A group of administrators in Orange County Florida are currently reviewing a new book that may make it's way onto their campuses.  The board considers new book proposals all the time so, what's the big deal?

The book is a Satanic coloring and activity book titled, "The Satanic Children's Big Book Of Activities".

The group spearheading the move to have this book allowed in schools is The Satanic Temple, a group reported by Florida CBS affiliate tampa.cbslocal.com, as a group that:

“facilitates the communication and mobilization of politically aware Satanists, secularists, and advocates for individual liberty.”

An article at AOL.com says the book:

features children in traditional Satanic rituals, along with pentagram imagery, Cerberus the Dog, and a maze leading to a spell book, the Necronomicon. The book also contains anti-bullying messages.

I guess the anti-bullying message is to make everyone feel better about the subject material?  The Temple started their campaign after the Orange County school board began allowing atheist literature to be distributed at area high schools.

What do you think about this?
