Florida Freeway Littered with Beer and Chips After Trucks Collide

A freeway in Florida was closed for several hours after two trucks, one carrying beer and the other chips, had an accident spilling the products all over the road.

A Florida freeway looked more like a frat house than a roadway after a beer truck crashed into a Frito-Lay truck, spilling both their contents all over. The interstate was closed for three hours while the mess was cleaned up.

The beer truck driver was attempting to merge from the right lane into the center lane when he had to swerve to miss another vehicle in the center lane. His vehicle then crashed into the Frito-Lay truck. Both truck drivers weren't injure din the crash.

Their cargo though wasn't as lucky. The freeway was littered with broken beer bottles and chips. Troopers had to close the freeway while they cleaned up the mess. No word on how many beers or bags of chips were able to be salvaged. Also can't confirm but heard the State Troopers are having a BBQ soon but said beer and chips were already being provided.
