Speakers for this panel include Robert Bielek, DPA, P.E., District Engineer for the Texas Department of Transportation, Tina Wolfe, Director Commercial Sales for the Development Southwest Region for Hunt Companies, and Robert S. Ayoub, President of MIMCO INC.
