Today (Feb. 20, 2012) would have marked the 45th birthday of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, a man who changed the face of music in the early ’90s and whose influence is still heard on rock radio today.

Sadly, Cobain took his own life on April 5, 1994, but we still have the music he made with Nirvana to keep his memory alive.

From their debut disc ‘Bleach’ to their mega-selling opus ‘Nevermind’ to their final effort ‘In Utero,’ Nirvana released three memorable studio albums in their brief career. In addition, several other notable songs were captured on compilation releases like ‘Incesticide.’

In memory of Kurt Cobain, we are asking readers to vote for their favorite Nirvana song. With all the great tunes the band released, that could be a tough decision. Please vote for your favorite of the song choices in the following poll and share your memories of Kurt Cobain in the comments section below.
