These men must have been really down on their cluck.

Father and son duo Paul Rojek, 56, and Joshua Rojek, 33, were arrested after allegedly stealing chicken wings from their work and reselling them at a lower price.

The Rojeks are both from Syracuse, NY, and work at a restaurant, Twin Trees Too, in the area. They placed multiple orders through the restaurant's wholesaler for chicken wings, then took the excess and sold them at discounted price on the streets and at other restaurants.

Twin Trees Too say they were billed $41,000 for the extra chicken wing orders between February and November of this year. The receipts for these orders were said to have been destroyed by the Rojeks.

The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office has charged the two with grand larceny and falsifying business records.
