Today is National Men’s Grooming Day (audio/video)

I guess "men's grooming" implies a lot more than it did in my father's day.  He taught me everything I knew about personal grooming: from how much to tip Bill, the barber (nothing) to how to pick a classy fragrance (any bottle shaped like a car...

...and anything with a faux wooden cap...

Well, times have changed, Baby! Now men are expected to "manscape".  It seems to me that whatever the Gays are doing today, straight guys will be doing in 20 years.  In 1992 trimming you pube hedges would have been considered poofy. Now, everybody's doing it.

I guess I better get used to the idea that in 20 years I'll add "butthole bleach" to my weekly shopping list.
