Fashion…For Youths???

Sorry to BS about this, but when I was in high school, dudes wore loose fitting pants!!
But everywhere I look now....guys are wearing tight-ass pants! OUCH! (i guess they don't want kids!!)
Why is it that they do this...why have guy-liner on them?!?!?!
What has happened to America's youth?!?!?!?
