In addition to being Escape the Fate's lead singer, Craig Mabbitt is a diehard viewer of 'The Walking Dead.' For Season 4 of the hit AMC show, Mabbitt has signed on to write an exclusive recap of each episode for Loudwire. Check out his rundown of Episode 2 below:

Well, another Sunday, another 'Walking Dead.' Last week we were reminded how badass Daryl is; how Bob the field medic is an alcoholic; Rick is now a humble gardener; and Herschel now has a sweet metal leg (you ain't got no legs Lt. Dan!!). Anyway, I also love the little gory details in this new season, such as the awesome zombie chandelier hanging from the roof of the big spot, can I get one?

Anyway, after Nerdy McNerdster get's the "flu" and passes out in the bathroom, we see a scene of "someone" feeding zombies rats (which by the way I don't give a s--t if it's been 30 days with out an incident, is no one assigned to night shifts to make sure everything is A-OK?). And so we begin on the next episode. Apparently Karen, who's been getting down with the big dog Tyreese, hears a noise in the bathroom, thinks nothing of it, goes to bed in t-minus-2 seconds and doesn't hear nerd tugget's zombie moans. So he makes his way into the cell and has a nice feast, dude eats for the remainder of the night and no one STILL knows what the hell is happening, which really got me all flustered, haha.

Anyway s--t hits the fan in the cell block D and we lose all these survivors that have found shelter at the prison. Now I kinda dig the fact that AMC keeps you guessing because I don’t know if it was me, but the blonde zombie Daryl shoots in the head looks remarkably like Beth and kept me wondering until I saw her.

Is the horror over? Far from it! Now a zombie horde is pushing it's way through the gates, the crew finally starts taking care of business and for a moment as Maggie fell from god knows what and Rick stood in contemplation, no one's hands were bit through the fence (although that zombie eye ball got pushed through the back of its skull!) I thought it was over for the fence protecting the prison, but Rick's quick wits and pig sacrifices and Daryl's driving lure the horde away from the fence in time to fix it.

Now after Michonne trips and sprains her ankle, we get a glimpse of a softer side, as she's holding Rick’s baby Judi, she breaks out in tears. I’m interested to see what happens with that; maybe we can see her chop those arms off and rip the jaws out of her 2 slave zombies :). Now everyone is nervous about catching this sickness as they are all in close proximity of each other and some people get separated into another cell block. Tyreese decides to take some flowers to his lady and discovers she has been drug out alongside someone else and burned, alive or as a zombie? I guess we don’t know at this point, but someone in the prison is f---in up. Who do you think it could be? My finger is pointed toward the crazy girl who keeps trying to talk to the zombies as if they were people, seems logical enough right?

Who knows, maybe it's alcoholic homeboy being bored, or perhaps the governor has snuck into a part of the prison and is being all metal gear solid about it. In any case I’m super excited for next week and to see what happens. What was your favorite part of this weeks episode?
