EP Fight! Huelas a Fish!!

Video here of a local fight. Does anybody know where this is? It looks like it’s at a school.

If that’s the case, why does the guy who looks like a teacher not break it up? Maybe he has a jealous wife and HE didn’t want to “huelas a fish” when he got home.
