El Paso’s Crazy Weatherman! Teresa’s Aww! of the Day [VIDEO]

El Paso is very lucky to have the goofiest weatherman on TV giving us our weather.  Mark Mathis is fairly new to town, so give him some time to get goofy.  This video gives you a look at how much fun he makes the weather, but seeing as El Paso basically has two types of weather, hot or windy, or hot and windy, we'll see how excited he can get!  We have an absolute blast whenever he comes into the studio, he is high energy!  Love him!
