Farmers Market at Ardovino’s Desert Crossing – The “producers only” market features area farmers, backyard gardeners and artisans selling organic and pesticide-free vegetables, locally-made goat cheeses, natural free range chickens and eggs, native plants for home and yard, fresh-baked breads and salsas. 7:30 a.m. to noon. Franklin Mountain Poppies Fest - The 9th annual fest celebrates the awakening of the Mexican Gold Poppies on Castner Range in Northeast El Paso. 37th Annual Transmountain Optimist NorthEaster Parade - The procession will begin at the intersection of Hercules and Diana Drive and continue along Diana for about a mile and a half to the old NorthPark Mall. Former Senator Eliot Shapliegh is the Grand Marshall. 10 a.m. FREE. More Details

Easter-avaganza Holiday Parade - The ’50s themed parade will follow a one mile long route that will culminate inside Biggs park. You are invited to take part in the parade with your own 1950′s-themed strollers, bikes, scooters, wagons, and outfits.
