The website move.org just released their list of the best cities in America to raise a family in and El Paso came out high on their list!

Relocation website Move.org recently compiled a list of cities that are best for people to raise a family in. They found the 100 most populous cities in the United States, then judged them on various metrics including: violent crimes per 100,000 residents, school rankings, cost of living for two adults and two kids, number of kids in the area, number of playgrounds, number of grocery stores and number of daycares.

El Paso came in at number three on this list! Here's what the Move website had to say about the Sun City:

El Paso’s location on the tip of Texas, bordering both New Mexico and Mexico, has turned the city into a beautiful blend of culture. The best part is that El Paso is one of the most affordable cities on our list so you won’t have to break the bank to live here. One of the coolest things about raising a family in El Paso is the number of festivals and events happening year round. Keeping the kids busy just got easier.

Cities in both Texas and Arizona took the majority of the spots on the list for various reasons. 19 out of the 100 cities were in either of the states, and that equals to about 1/5 of the list. The website also stated that "Texas and Arizona cities on this list genuinely performed well in the categories that carried the most weight, and that can’t be denied."
