The City of El Paso Animal Services are looking for volunteers to help create a beautiful mosaic to greet potential adopters. That's where you come in.

The City of El Paso Animal Services helps so many abandoned, neglected and needy animals in the Borderland. Now, they are looking for volunteers to come help paint a mosaic mural and make their dream a reality.

The mural will be inside of Animal Services and greet potential adopters who come to the facility. There will be an art workshop this Saturday with local artists Katie Gelinas and Terry Wright. The mosaic is titled "New Day Dawning" and will be located right before guests enter the outdoor kennel area and play yard. Animal Services wants the art to create a "friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests." Volunteers will help create a hundred tiles to make the mosaic.
