Dubba G Warms Up For The Mexican Food Cook-Off

I love green chicken enchiladas. I mean LOOOOOOOVE them ... here are the steps to having the BEST ones ever!

Step 1, You need the best ingredients.  Forget the grocery store though, head to Lucys Cafe, 1305 N. Mesa.

Step 2, Explain to them that you intend to have green chicken enchiladas and ask for all the neccesary stuff.

Step 3, Since they have gathered up all the ingredients for you ... and just happen to have a fantastic cook ... go ahead and ask them to cook 'em up for you!

There you go! The BEST green chicken enchiladas ... in my humble opinion ... in El Paso!  Easy, huh?
