Driver Receives Ticket for Using Cardboard Cutout

A Washington driver attempted to use the carpool lane with his "best friend" who happens to be a cardboard cutout of "The Most Interesting Man in the World" from the Dos Equis beer. This is some great proof of people doing crazy things to get what they want.

Officer Guy Gill of the Washington State Patrol tweeted out a photo of the driver and his cardboard cutout, as he handed him a ticket. The driver received a $124 ticket for illegally using HOV lane. The good thing about the driver was his need for safety, since the cutout was actually wearing a seat belt.

I wonder how long he was actually getting away with this weird way of driving. It's actually a smart idea if properly executed, but maybe he shouldn't of used such a familiar cutout
