Don’t Workout On A Full Stomach-Monster Training Tip Of The Day

Here’s a training tip from the Monster.  Eat a small meal about an hour or 45 minutes before your workout. Preferably a protein shake with some carbs in it, that way you have some energy to workout.

I do not recommend working out on a full stomach, because if you do you might lose your lunch like this guy did.
