Does This 9 Year Old Rapper Deserve a Visit From CPS? [VIDEO]

I was appalled by this video and what this child was doing....but at the same time I couldn't stop dancing to the song.

This is 9 year old rapper Lil Poopy (I'm hoping that's his birth name) from Boston who's sings about coke and hoes, smacks girls butts, and sits in the driver's seat of expensive sports cars. Which he can't even drive mind you!
