Mando “The Monster” Medina is the KLAQ Morning Show’s producer and resident bad-ass. Monster is also the host of "Crunchtime," a weekly sports talk show that can be heard on KROD 600 AM Saturdays from 10 am-1pm. A rasslin’ fan from childhood, Monster actually had his own rasslin’ talk show back in the day, loved and respected for its hard-hitting interviews, scintillating conversation and wry observations on the rich and meaningful world of sports entertainment – all made more incredible by the fact it was accomplished by using words of no more than two syllables
Miguel de Montague "Buzz" Adams was born in 1992, the last in the noble Merovingian bloodline. As an infant, the young heir-apparent was kidnapped by Sardinian pirates and spent his formative years pillaging the high seas and eventually becoming the world's most deadly sword-fighter. In his late teens, Buzz entered a Tibetan monastery where he learned to levitate and mind-read. He also invented time-travel. After solving Fermat's Last Theorem at Cambridge in 1991, Adams relocated to El Paso, Texas where he has worked for KLAQ ever since
I sprang from my mother’s womb decades ago in a city even hotter than this scorching desert: Palm Springs, Ca. A city filled with gays, old people, and old gays. This is why you can catch me at any gay bar or early bird special in town, but make no mistake gentlemen- I am straight. At 10 yrs old, my mom enrolled me in ballet to turn me into a lady, but it didn't work. Instead, I got my first taste of metal hearing Rammenstein’s “Du Hast” during a break in class

I've never been good at filling these things out, but here it goes. I like long walks in cold mountain air, preferably with snow on the ground. I enjoy drinking fine soda by the crackling fire, and deep tissue massage. I hope to one day grow up an become and astronaut, so I can fly to Venus to see if that's really where women come from. If it's true, I'll bring one back for you, too. Unless it's a dude you want, and then you're out of luck..
Rock 'n' roll is in my blood! I began my radio career as a DJ at WSOU, Seton Hall’s legendary metal station. Even though I’m from the East Coast, I always wanted to find a warmer climate to call home. Fortunately for me, I wound up in Los Angeles where the beaches are beautiful and the sushi is delicious. I’ve worked alongside some huge rock stars like Dave Navarro and Henry Rollins, and I’ve interviewed a lot of my heroes. And now, I’ve landed the gig of my dreams, hosting 'Loudwire Nights' on radi
I’ve always had mad passion for rock but had to pay my dues early in my career and got my start at an oldies radio station. After knocking out a couple of stations along my rock journey, I ended up at Banana 101.5 in Flint, Michigan in 2001. Now I have the ultimate gig as co-host of Loudwire Nights with Full Metal Jackie on radio stations around the country. Those that know me, know that I’m an extremely laid back person that loves to attend concerts and throw a few back
