I was lucky enough to be there when Dead Sara stopped by the Morning Show at SXSW. The band apparently loves us because they came and are coming back again for Balloonfest. In case you missed the band's appearance, we got you covered with video and pics of the visit.

So I missed the discussion on the Morning Show, but saw that Buzz wrote about Las Cruces turning off residents' utilities for tickets unpaid from traffic cams. What? This is crazy to me. If you hadn't heard about this, Buzz's article is definitely worth checking out and is, as always, super funny.

Scott Ronson outlines the three places in El Paso he'd send 'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives' if the show came to town. Who knew Ronson was such a cooking aficionado? I didn't but I definitely know which diners I'm hitting up next time I'm in El Paso.

I don't know much about soccer, but judging by the length of his manifesto on why El Paso needs a soccer complex, Duke Keith does. When Duke shares his opinion, it's always a good read.

Jade Simone St. Clair stopped by the KLAQ studio and Monster grabbed video of her using a Shake Weight. In a low-cut shirt. Need I say more?

Earth Day may have come and gone, but Buzz's Earth Day advice is pretty solid and definitely worth checking out. I laughed so hard, I snorted, and no, there weren't drugs involved!

The bands have been set, but now the schedule for Balloonfest 2012 is out! I'm hoping to be there. You should come, too!
