A meteor was caught by several dash cams exploding in the sky over Bangkok yesterday.

Ya gotta love the popularity of dash cams. All over the world, they keep catching all kinds of cool stuff, wild accidents, general stupidity and, occasionally, exploding meteors.

According to the Thai Astronomical Society President Prapee Viraporn, the meteor was a relatively small one known as a “bolide.” A much larger "super bolide," exploded over Russia a couple of years ago. The video below features several different views of the Russian meteor exploding and, at around the 2:00 mark, you can hear the shock wave it created which blew out windows and set off car alarms.
