A local organization designed to help pregnant women in crisis and homeless mothers has been vandalized and the damage is extensive.

Dame La Mano were the victims of vandalism and arson earlier today. They posted the following announcement on Facebook:

Dear friends,
This morning we have been vandalized thank God the shelter and the women and children are safe, but the fence and storage room and half of our van was put to flames. The El Paso Police Department and Fire Department are currently investigating and soon we will have justice for the evil actions done to our shelter. Any of you would like to donate towards repairing our fence it’s the most important thing that we would like to repair.  Also manpower to clean up the mess,thank you so much inbox me or call the office we 546-4040 we continue to remain strong in helping the El Paso homeless community and woman who are pregnant become self-sufficient.
