Dad Arrested For Cutting Dreadlocks Off Guy He Finds With His Daughter

Hey, it was just the guys dreadlocks ... c'mon.  It could have been a lot worse!

Reginald Hardy came home and found a 19 year old man sneaking around inside his apartment with his 17 year old daughter.  Dad made sure the guy absolutely knew he wasn't welcome there.

According to WFMZ.com, Pops punched the guy in the face, threatened to shoot him if he tried running away, grabbed him by the hair and chopped off his dreadlocks with a knife.

Hardy, currently free on a $50k bond, is facing several charges including making terroristic threats and aggravated assault.

With home invasions and sexual assaults becoming more frequent ... and criminals becoming more ballsy ... I'd say this guy got off easy!
