It's not just us being affected by this, nobody gets "Sweethearts" this year!  Auugghhhh!

Sweethearts candy hearts are a Valentines Day mainstay.  The little sugar hearts with sayings on them like "I Love You", "Cutie Pie" and "Be Mine" ain't happenin' this year.

The Spangler Candy Company, who bought the brand last year, announced they won't make Sweethearts in 2019. They do, however, expect to bring them back in 2020.  Candystore.com says you may be able to find some online but warns that they are leftovers from previous years. So ladies, if your man gets you some, they're stale!!  (Guys, candy does expire ... click here for more info.)
