Barbara Walters is gearing up to announce her 'Most Fascinating People of 2013' and I'd like to nominate this state trooper!

A New Jersey state trooper was driving in the left lane behind a person who just didn't seem to understand what the left lane, the PASSING lane, is for. After a few seconds of riding alarmingly close to the bumper of the oblivious driver, the trooper turned on his lights and helped guide the driver to the correct lane to be in. MY HERO.

Most states have some version of "left lane for passing only" laws. From my experience, the majority of drivers in any state don't understand this.
