Comedian Carlos Mencia Visits The KLAQ Morning Show [Audio/Gallery]

It's been about 5 or 6 years since comedian Carlos Mencia has been in the KLAQ Studios, but today that came to an end as Carlos stopped by to talk about his one night only show at the El Paso Comic Strip.

The first thing we noticed is that Carlos has lost a lot of weight.  As a matter of fact he's lost about 70 lbs in the last year.

"I was motivated to lose weight because Gabriel Iglesias told me I was fat."

Carlos also talks about the difference it is being a stand up comedian and an actor.

"As a comedian, I know what I'm gonna talk, how I'm gonna do it, but as an actor, you really have to become your character."
