Not only can you buy the newly released / re mastered 'super deluxe' edition of "In Utero" which was originally released back in September 1993, but you also have a chance at purchasing Cobain's childhood home.

Wendy O'Connor, mother of the late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain will be putting up the 1923 built house where Cobain lived as a child up for sale. The 1.5 story bungalow property is two hours southwest of Seattle. There are water stained wooden shingles on some interior walls ... oh, did I mention it includes Kurt's mattress?! (Wonder how many urine stains it has?) Said house is also walking distance from a riverfront park dedicated to the late singer's memory.

To help sell the property, Ms. O'Connor will be giving a glimpse into the early life of Cobain through photographs that were taken at the house. His bedroom still has holes (he made) and marks of band names like Iron Maiden and Led Zeppelin.

His parents bought the property back in 1969 when Kurt was 2 years young and he lived there until he was 9 when his parents divorced. He moved back in with his mother in his teenage years. The property was assessed at $67,000 and will be listed at $500,000. The family feel that it is time to let go since they no longer live in the area.

Wonder if Courtney would be interested in buying this for Frances Bean.
