Chuck E. Cheese Accused Of Flipping The Bird In Child’s Photo

A Las Cruces, New Mexico family says the mascot at a popular pizza joint has ruined their son's birthday photo with an obscene gesture.  The "Las Cruces Sun-News" is reporting the parents of four-year-old Corbin Anderson are accusing Chuck E. Cheese of extending his middle finger in a picture taken on July 17th.  Corbin's mother, Andrea, says that's "no way to treat a child," adding she's still mad that an otherwise good photo has been tainted.  Both parents have contacted Chuck E. Cheese's corporate headquarters, but claim the company doesn't want to apologize or address the situation.  A spokeswoman for Chuck E. Cheese says the costume's floppy nature is to blame for the incident, adding they would be happy to talk with the Las Cruces residents to reach an "amicable solution."
