Neon Trees and Seether, Collective Soul and Goo Goo Dolls, music, food, fun, fireworks, art, beautiful cars and beautiful people -- you'll find it all in this year's Streetfest Slowdown.

There's always so much that sometimes it's just best to slow things down to pick up on some of the details. Call it: smelling the visual roses. So, we brought out the slow-mo camera and once again showed the Sun City's best side.

There was a LOT to take in over Streetfest weekend! An amazing number of artists and live art exhibits filled Arts Festival Plaza both nights. Performance artists and rappers along with painters and body artists showcased El Paso's growing arts scene.

Meanwhile, on any of the six music stages, you could find anything from the aforementioned rap to country, salsa, jazz, rock and more.

The O'Reilly Auto Parts Car Show returned to the convention center this year, while TFCU thrilled, as usual, with its "Thunder in the Sky" fireworks spectacular.

Of course, the main acts were the biggest draw on the Budweiser Made In America stage, and we set the Slowdown to Neon Trees' hit "Everybody Talks". Seether followed the Trees Friday while Collective Soul set the stage for Goo Goo Dolls in a Saturday show that brought the house down.

Plenty for everybody to talk about, indeed.
