An El Pasoan is showing off his talents on Skin Wars! Find out more about local artist Rick Uribe.

An El Pasoan is showing off some of the talent that the Sun City has to offer.

Skin Wars, on the GSN Network, is a competition show where talented body painters from all over the United States come together to show off their skills. It's the first ever body painting competition show and the network's most watched original series. The winner of the show gets a $100,000 cash prize, a one year supply of paint, an all-expense paid trip for two to the prestigious World Body Painting Festival in Austria and a custom-made stencil line from Bad Ass Stencils with their name on it.!

On season 3 of Skin Wars, you can check out the young, fresh talent from right here in El Paso. 20 year-old Rick Uribe grew up right here in the Borderland and is a tattoo artist, body painter and muralist. Rick uses his artwork to better the community  and has painted over 20 gorgeous murals all over El Paso.
