Cinco de Mayo lands on a Saturday which means one thing: it's about to get crazy this weekend! Of course, there's lots of parties happening all over town, but if you're looking for something unique and different, why not try a ghost walk in downtown EP? Lost El Paso Paranormal will be hosting a special Cinco De Mayo ghost walk where you'll get to hear scary stories and legends!

The ghost walk will start at the El Paso Museum of History located at 501 N. Santa Fe. Check in begins at 8:30 P.M. and the ghost walk starts at 9 P.M. It is $15 and space is limited but, at last check tickets were still available! You can buy tickets here. The tours are led by Weird Texas author/Lost Destinations creator Heather Shade. She usually has a crew of tour guides who each add their own flair to each story.

I've done the ghost walks with Lost El Paso Paranormal before and they're pretty fun! It's also a great way to get some exercise in! For the most part, you'll leave the ghost walk with a better understanding of our city and its history (downtown is beautiful at night by the way!). Lost El Paso Paranormal has a few other ghost walks coming up this month, including a Concordia Cemetary Ghosts and Gravestones Tour (which I'm particulary excited for). The ghost walks usually end by 11 P.M. which will give you enough time to check out other Cinco de Mayo fiestas happening in the Sun City, just make sure nothing paranormal follows you to the party!
