Body Found in the Middle of I-10 Near UTEP

A body has been found in the middle of I-10 near UTEP this morning. Westbound lanes near Porfirio Diaz are closed.

Police are unsure how the body got onto the interstate, but it appears several cars have struck it. I-10 is at a stand-still currently. Police are also unsure if the body is a man or woman.
