Baby Killed with a Power Saw, Grandmother Arrested

A nine month-old baby is dead in Chicago and her grandmother is in custody. WGN-TV says, the baby's throat was cut with a power saw. The grandmother apparently was frustrated the baby wouldn't stop crying.

Neighbors were interviewed and said the family gave no problems and they never suspected child abuse. The grandmother was taken to the hospital for self-inflicted wounds.
