Applebee’s $1 Cocktail for October Sounds Spooky and Delicious

A new month means a new $1 cocktail at Applebee's! Now, there have been many reports that say Millennial's like myself are killing chain restaurants like Applebee's, but I could not disagree more. Maybe it's the fact that I know what I'm getting when I go to Applebee's or it could also be the fact that almost every month they have the $1 cocktail special. The last time I participated in this was in August when they had $1 strawberry margaritas and trust me it did not disappoint!

Doesn't it look delicious?! According to Applebee's, this is the first time they've crowd-sourced their drink of the month "with guests providing input on everything from the drink's color to the flavors and garnish." The result? An electric blue rum drink with flavors of pineapple, passion fruit, cherry and lime. Each drink is garnished with a gummy brain hence the "Zombie" name. Of course, Applebee's reminds you to drink responsibly. I have $20 ready, you know where to find me if you need me.
