You know, If you have the stupidity to sue over this, You should be killed and put out of MY misery. An Oregon teen is seeking millions of dollars after injuring himself with a poor golf shot. Alex Good was practicing at the Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club on a rainy day last April when his shot struck the pole of an awning and ricocheted into his eye. The 15-year-old has been forced to undergo several surgeries, and his attorney says he may have lifelong vision problems. Good, who is suing for three-million-dollars, says the golf course should have known that placing a metal pole near the driving range was dangerous. Good's legal team will have a difficult time proving their case. If a golfer sees, quote, "a known and obvious danger and yet they go ahead and strike the ball anyway, then they've assumed the risk."
