Animated Dog In Car At The Parking Lot

Have you ever walked through a parking lot to get to your car and a crazy dog starts barking in the car next to you?After watching this video it reminded me of the stuff I do when someone locks their dog in a car and it scares the crap out of me. I have had people come out of stores and yell at me for messing with their dog but that doesn't stop me!!!
