Everyone has something they don't like about themselves: boobs, nose, stomach, ears, etc. We all say if we had the money we would change it. But is that really necessary? We were all made a certain way for a certain reason.

These lovely ladies were super hot before their surgeries ... not that they're not anymore (sort of). Although some had issues after their surgeries, others look totally surprised and well, in my opinion they didn't really need the surgeries to begin with. Lets begin!

#5: Nikki Cox

Nikki Cox is known from the television series 'Unhappily Ever After'. Pretty good show from the 90s. She also had a cameo in the movie Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Beautiful red head. Unfortunately, she went under the knife and now seems as if she has a permanent smile and a bit too surprised.

#4: Jenna Jameson

Who ever does not know who Jenna Jameson is need to get themselves to a sexy store asap! Before I even knew who she was, I bought her book 'How To Make Love Like A Porn Star: A Cautionary Tale' and couldn't put it down. She had a rough life and it continued. On November 2004 she was diagnosed with skin cancer. Shortly after being diagnosed, she had a miscarriage. Now she is a happy mother of twin boys born March 2009. She as well, has gone under the knife on several occasions and looks pretty surprised as well.

#3: Tara Reid

The sweet and innocent American Pie star Tara Reid. Had a cute body, slim and boob-less. In an interview on October 2006 she stated that she was liposculpting done and the surgery went wrong. She said that the reason for her surgery was because her breasts were uneven and she wanted a six-pack for a movie role (um, I'm no expert, but as a personal trainer, I can find a better and healthier way to do that than by surgery ....working out!!)

#2: Rose McGowan

The sexy and flirtatious Rose McGowan who had a very public relationship with rocker Marilyn Manson (who will be here with Alice Cooper June 8th!!) for about 3 1/2 years has gone under the knife recently as well. Honestly, she looked great before!

#1: Heidi Montag

The Hills star Heidi Montag known for her marriage to Spencer Pratt and having done 10 cosmetic surgery procedures in 1 day. Now she looks like a totally different person. It was even said when her mother saw her she busted out crying because she didn't recognize her own daughter. Her breast augmentation was so drastic she couldn't even run because of the pain ... I could've told you that! She looks super hot now, but she looked great before too.

Its crazy the things people will do to "better" themselves. They were super hot babes before ... now they just look a little overdone.
