Abandoned Dog Leads His Blind Buddy Around

A great "Awww" story for you today.

These two abandoned dogs are the absolute best of friends and will not leave each other's side. The one that can see actually leads the blind one around and keeps him safe. Guess what their names are? Are you ready?

For that reason alone, I think the KLAQ staff should adopt them. Stray Aid volunteer Hannah Critchlow said:

"They are inseparable. Whenever they're separated they start crying and barking for each other. Buzz leads Glenn during walks, looks after him and constantly keeps him company. They have to stay together."

See? Got an "aww" out of you, huh?

Buzz and Glenn are in the United Kingdom so there's probably not much chance of anyone here in the 915 adopting them. You can, however, find plenty of great pets that need forever homes at the Humane Society of El Paso. Call them at (915) 532 - 6971 or go see the animals at 4991 Fred Wilson.
