A mother in Alabama is furious, after her 5-year-old daughter was forced to sign a contract saying she would not hurt herself, or her classmates.

Rebecca's daughter, Elizabeth was questioned by the school to see if she was depressed, after someone said she drew something that resembled a gun. Elizabeth was also accused of pointing a crayon at a classmate and saying, "pew pew."

E.R. Dickson Elementary School made Elizabeth sign a Mobile County Public Safety Contract, without her mother's consent. Alabama state law outlines that minors cannot sign a contract.

Rebecca is fighting to get this incident removed from Elizabeth's record, and now deals with her daughter asking questions about suicide.
