I read this story today in the El Paso Times and it never ceases to amaze me how sad the world is getting. Needless to say, I was astonished at the fact that racism shows no bounds when this hispanic woman becomes the "Grinch" of Halloween.

A small sign stating "No blacks welcomed to trick-or-treat" jolted a Northeast El Paso neighborhood this Halloween.
Neighbors are upset over the sign outside Marta Martinez's small home in the 3700 block of Wickham Avenue in the Logan Heights neighborhood.
"I understand she may feel that way toward blacks. She doesn't have to advertise it," said next-door neighbor Andre Sherman, who is black. "The whole spirit of Halloween is for the kids."
Sherman, 30, and his family moved in next door in January. He fears what may happen if a black child runs up to the home because Martinez has been seen carrying a rifle in her yard and yelling racial slurs.
Martinez, 53, said she posted the sign last week because she claims blacks, including her new neighbors, are conspiring to take her property. Read More
