If you don't get easily disgusted, then no need to warn you about grabbing a trash can. Many people are known for having the usual piercing known as plugs in their ears. As for this 23-year-old Joel Miggler, he is a body art enthusiast who is a German model.

Joel has been experimenting with different 'art' since he was thirteen years old. He has two plugs in places we would not think of showing off. Joel decided to have his side cheeks exposed with special designed See-Thru plugs. His plugs allow you to see through his cheeks showing off a side view of his teeth. The one thing he gets a kick out of is being able to kiss his girlfriend from his mouth and cheeks!
