20th Annual Aids Walk This Saturday!

This Saturday, October 27, 2012 the International AIDS Empowerment organization will have their 20th Annual Aids Walk at Cohen Stadium from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. to combat HIV in El Paso.

I know money is tight but lucky for you, registration is free! Participants are encourage to inform family and friends to make pledges on their behalf.

International Aids Empowerment heavily relies on monetary and in-kind donations for continuing services so donations are extremely important to this event.

After the walk participants can enjoy a Community Fair consisting of free health screenings, games and contests, trick-or-treating, information about local community resources and live entertainment featuring Hip Hop sensation Adair Lion.

Come out Saturday to show support for AIDS Walk El Paso and together we can help raise awareness and support for local non-profits that assist in prevention, education and support services for members of the community affected with HIV/AIDS.
